but am not sure if the dryer sheets are dry or moist. Are they used dryer sheets or just out of the box?

Personally, I use Norwex products ... they are phenomenal and contain NO chemicals! Check it out: norwex.biz

I use white vinegar and water with a soft paper towel. I have never heard using the dryer sheets.

I use them not only for my shower door, but my whole shower. Wet them down and wash away. I usually use two at a time. Works great. Makes everything shiny and clean.

When I moved out of a temporary rental, the property manager asked me how I got the shower doors so clean? I use them wet. Just save your used ones in a bag and when you need them Voila!

Best thing I have found is a "squeegee" such as those used on windshields at service stations, only a short handled one. I use it on the tile and the shower doors and never have a problem with spots or mold/mildew and we live in a very humid area of Texas.
