How To Transform A Flower Bucket In Under An Hour *DIY*

Easy
Sometimes the best ideas that pop into my head are the easiest. See what I did with this ordinary plastic flower bucket in under and hour!
I was eagerly awaiting ranunculus to come into season and when I heard that they did, I called my local market to save me some bouquets for a photo shoot. Once I arrived and saw the bucket that was a great size to display them in I knew just what I was going to do to transform it from boring to beautiful!
This is the finished project and the great thing about a plastic floral container is that it holds water with no problem. You could do your own take on this of course, and on the shabbyfufu blog there is more information on the process!

The bucket was free and you won't believe how easy this was to do! You can use it for more than flowers. I've used these for plants, storage in my creative studio, rolled towels and more...so it might as well be pretty! Please visit the blog1

I will start gathering flower buckets now while the weather here in Maryland is still cold. I dont think a lot of people are worring to much about outdoor plants yet.

I have to wonder what would happen if you used silk flowers and lightly sprayed them.....and then sealed them after they dried.....hmmmm
