Table Saw Out-feed Rollers

Unfortunately Colombia it still light years behind other Countries when it comes to buying tools, so you have no option but to improvise, sometimes that works to your advantage.
I needed some in and out-feed rollers for my table saw, I haven't been able to find any in the Stores, and importing was out out of the question, so I came up with this, I had seen it used somewhere before, but I can't remember where.

You use saw horses as the stand and the rollers straddle the top of the saw horse.
To start with you need two pieces of plywood, measure the height of your table saw, and the height of your saw horse, the plywood has to make up the difference in height minus the height of your castors, and be deep enough to straddle the saw horse.

Mark the centre of the plywood to take a piece of timber, slightly wider than the width of the saw horse top, and screw the plywood on either side of the supporting timber.
Check it for a snug fit, you don't want it moving about.
I bought twelve 1 1/2" castors, six for each roller, and attached them to a board screwed in the top of the plywood.
I now have support both when feeding planks into the blade, and also on the out-feed, it cost a pittance, and does the job.

Sometimes I am glad I can't find the tools, it saves me money for other projects, however in this case it probably only saves you money, if you already have the saw horses!.
