Inexpensive supplies, many can be found at the local Dollar Store, we have a new twist on gift tags. So many uses & decorative for your holiday decor too. So easy to make, the kids can get involved & create their own too!
Using wooden clothespins, we spray painted assorted colors: Red, Glittery Silver & Glittery Gold. If you prefer not to use spray paint, you can use a assorted Sharpie markers instead. We love metallic sharpies! After paint is dry, we decorated our clips using a glue gun to attach assorted charms, stickers, mini jingle bells, erasers.. basically, anything small & decorative will work.
Mini Jingle Bells are fun & festive! To match the clip with the gift bag, we glued bells on the red gift bag.
Metallic Plastic Coins for our Chanukah Gift Bag.
Works GREAT on wrapped gifts too.
Ya' know those charms people use to remember which glass is theirs at a party? Great use from a broken wine charm!
Another fun idea for our Holiday Clips are using them to hang holiday cards! Here, we are showing our own family holiday cards from years past. Using a sharpie marker, easily hand write the year that holiday card was used. As the kids get older, its super fun to see all the holiday cards displayed together.
Come see our original post for so many more pictures of how we used the Gift Clips!

Another cute idea to do with little ones. Put a magnet on the back and you can attach to your fridge to hold notes or coupons.

Such a great idea Linda! Our ideas can combine into one too... Love the idea of having the kids make them and add onto a gift to keep after. Any holiday, any gift.. great teachers appreciation gift too. ;-)
