Fabulous Furniture Flippin Contest for November was sponsored by Minted, the theme was take a seat.. I had the perfect 80 year old chair from a family friend and Minted had the perfect material for the job, Not Your Mommas Paisley in teal! Stop by my blog page listed below for in depth how I did it
Thank you Minted for the biggest challenge I have had so far in the furniture world! I am loving the end result
take said 80 year old chair in rough shape but so comfy
take all apart
lay out on the super pretty new material, cut sew, stuff and staple
and soon you have this, well maybe not soon but in the end ;)
so come TAKE A SEAT ;)

Super job! I'm a bit obsessive about mid-century leg caps though. Think of all the other colors could be but your choice is perfect. Great pix of how you laid out pieces on fabric, thanks from Az
