Scrounge the thrift stores for tins. Make sure the one on the bottom is the biggest, going smaller from there. Glue them together, paint it white for a snowman or brown for a teddy. Do you like to sew? Stuffed ornaments in any shape, made from felt and trimmed with beads and embroidery. Dough ornaments. Any craft you can do using shapes of Christmas. I like themes like nativity, horses, dogs, cats, family photos.

Whenever I go to any craft store, I take pictures of anything I might try to do at some point in the future.
