There sure is! Is your old computer still running and set up? You could transfer it to either a CD or a memory stick. :)
  • Do you still have the original CD with you? The best thing would be do download it into the new computer via the CD. I don't think it is easy to transfer from one computer to another. I've always used the original CD to re-download back into other systems int he house.

Nope it is not a cd..I just downloaded it from the site after paying for it!
  • Bernice, check into seeing if you can get a new download copy. Sometimes you can do this for either just this purpose or in case of some computer failure that causes loss of the program. Otherwise, if you have any computer tech abilities (or know somebody that does), you might be able to hook up the old hard drive to the new computer and transfer the files directly.

April, I dont understand how that would work. Dan...that sounds scary for me! We arent that competent or clever! We are fear based! Do you know what April is talking about? The almost endless amount of text games on there? Good gravy, listen to me whine about 19.95!!
  • Bernice, if you have purchased it from the website you can always download it back again but call customer service before you do so.

Well there are several ways you could go about doing it. 1) Go to the website you have download it from and redownload it on your new computer. 2) If you have a cd-rom in both computers, you could put a blank cd into your old computer, copy it and then take the CD, put it in your new computer and transfer it then install. 3) Use flash drive (oops, I called it a memory stick sorry... ), which is a small device that you plug into the PC that works as an external hard drive in a way and you can copy it onto that. 4) If you have a home network, you can transfer your files of the game with file sharing. In your case though I think it would be easiest and the least confusing is to go to the site that you downloaded it from and redownload it and install it to your new computer. Generally most software sites will allow you to download it again if you've purchased it. Let me know if one of these options sounds good to you and I will try to find websites and post the links that will go into better depth about them than I can. Hope this helps. :)
