need to know what to do with my fountain that is on my porch.

Drain all the water out of the fountain.Take the pump off and put it in a warm location then cover the unit with a tarp for protection.

  @Janet Pizaro What she said...I worked at garden center we left our concrete display fountains running year round...none of them broke...but the freezing weather caused the concrete to pit.

  @Janet Pizaro I live in Coastal SC, our weather is a bit different...maybe 2 weeks during winter of weather in the teens. I would not survive a NY winter. :)

Use and RV antifreeze (not regular antifreeze). Run it through the pump and make sure it is in all the piping. This is not toxic like regular ethylene glycol but I still would cover it with plastic trash bag or something nicer looking..
