Mason Jar Gift for the Dog Lover

I may procrastinate on a lot of things, but buying Christmas gifts isn’t one of them. The thought of fighting the crowds the last week or two before Christmas makes me break out into a cold sweat. Those shoppers are mean!
If your family is like mine, there are a few people on your list that are so stinking hard to buy for. A couple of those people on my list are dog lovers. You know how obsessed I am with my pups, and it turns out so are a whole lot of other people. I personally would rather have someone get some goodies for my fur babies than to get me some piece of jewelry that I will never wear, or some whackadoodle scarf that goes with nothing I own.
I also love adding a vintage touch to gifts that I give, so putting it in a mason jar is a super cute idea.
I used a 1/2 gallon size mason jar to make sure I could fit as much as possible.
Dog toys, clothes, gift cards to stores that sell pet supplies and treats are all great things to pack in your jar.
Tie up your jar with a cute holiday ribbon and you have the perfect gift for the dog lover in your life!

  • Fantastic idea! Most of my friends and I do not do holiday gifts for each other - long story - but we do for our pets! This is a great idea for all my pet presents! I just might decorate the jar so when the holidays are over they have a personalized treat jar for their pet and pantry. Thanks for posting!
