White Dining Room Chairs for Christmas

I have a fantastic dining room set that I really love. However, it was too dark and a little too "matchy" for my taste. I decided a contrast would be nice.
My dining room chairs are a set with my table and china cabinet. I wanted a more "farmhouse vibe".
I broke out the white paint (Annie Sloan Old White) and added two coats to each chair.
I also added clear and dark waxes and distressed them back. The star motif that had previously disappeared into the wood now pops!
I'm really happy with the contrast to the darker wood.
Don't worry - I'm not about to paint my lovely cabinet or table :)
A brighter dining room for Christmas!
I made a video tutorial on my chairs and how to distress back your painted pieces. I've added it here and onto my YouTube Tutorial channel (Suzanne Bagheri). Have a wonderful holiday season!
