My first completed space in my house: The Entryway.
This was completed over the weekend! It's functional, simple, cute and was inexpensive to update. I love how it turned out.
Check out the post for ideas on what you can do with a small and narrow entryway.
Welcome to my Entryway; a mix of warmth and functionality. The entryway was inexpensively put together through DIY projects, thrift shopping, and clearance shelves. I love how it turned out!
Here is the before and after of my entryway space. Before it was cold and uninviting. After it is now a warm and welcoming space!
To keep the entryway space clear I designated a basket for shoes. The basket was a score from IKEA's "As-is" Section for $10.00!
These flowers add a great touch of cuteness to the space. Complimented with a DIY vase not only was this inexpensive but also I think it looks lovely!
To save space I opted to use a stool for seating instead of a bench. The stool was originally a natural wood color. I spray painted the stool using Hunter Green Hi Gloss spray paint from Rust-Oleum to add a pop of color to the room.
