Weed Wrench

Anyone have a weed wrench for rent? I'm in north, north Decatur (folks across the street get heir mail from ATL PO). Those available on the The Weed Wrench website seem to be available to non-profits only (what's up with that??). I've got some of that privet that needs to come out of my back yard.

Here is a link I found when searching for Weed Wrench.......which I never heard of: http://www.weedwrench.com/weedwrench/order.cfm Good Luck...Gary
  • Try checking out this site. http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/category_grounds-maintenance Northern tools have all sorts of items that are for both commercial and private use. Some products are pretty good, while others sort of on the low cost side. But they do have devices that can pull small bushes and plants out both manual, or with the use of a garden tractor or larger machine. We had purchased one that we used with our pickup truck. We had a ton of wooded plantings in front of a clients home. The tool worked great. The harder we pulled the tighter the device gripped the plant.

Gary, thank you for your reply but it was from looking at that link and contacting one of the non-profits that urged me to ask my question here on Hometalk. The real irony here is that I am less than one mile away from one of those Wrenches and could get it back to the loaner in 4 hours time. :-)
