Adding Christmas Joy to the Potting Shed

Nothing says Christmas more than the scent of fresh greenery and Iove decorating with it since it's free for the clipping! Sources, details and more photos are on the full post, click the link at the bottom.
The back porch of the Potting Shed is decorated for Christmas with cut evergreens and garland, filling pots, watering cans, a topiary and a ladder to deck the halls.
Galvanized letters on the shutters spell "Joy" and cut sprigs of cedar are tucked in the louvers for a little Christmas green.
A large olive bucket is planted with a spruce tree and a layer of pine cones for mulch while a smaller bucket is filled with cut holly stems and red ornaments.
A rake is decorated with hanging ornaments tied with twine and some vintage garden tools.
A red watering can is the star on my ladder, filled with greenery and joining a metal reindeer, Birch trunk star lanterns, pots with pine cones and a galvanized watering can.
A pair of urns on the porch are filled with a mixture of greenery. I added the cut stems directly into the soil in the urn to hold them in place and to keep them fresh longer. Inexpensive shatterproof red ornaments add a pop of color and Christmas cheer, along with beaded star ornaments.
