Fastest Way To Make Gift Bags From Any Paper
Remember all those times when we wished there was a gift bag handy for a spontaneous gift giving? Here's a very useful hack- the FASTEST, no-brainer way to make gift bags of all sizes from gift wrap or any paper!
With this simple hack, even if you think you are hopelessly clumsy, you can sneak away from your guests for just 5 minutes and emerge with a gift inside a gift bag you just made, shhh...
The cardboard box is our secret little helper!
Now it's the perfect opportunity to re-use some gift wrapping paper, or any paper. Take a piece long enough to wrap around the box, or join 2 pieces together with tape.
Wrap the paper around the box, tape at the end, and press along the 4 sides so the edges are more defines. Wrap the bottom portion like how you would wrap a gift box, secure with clear tape. Slide the "gift bag" out of the box frame. Fast, right??
A couple of handles are all we need to finish this gift bag. Ribbons are great choices!

Also if you need a sturdier bag, use a Cereal box inside and if you want to be really fancy you can either line it inside the same way but leave the cereal box inside the wrap bag. Or you can made the bottom of it sturdier by covering a piece of a cereal box cut to the inside dimensions and place it in the bottom of the bag. An Oatmeal box decorated with ribbon for handles could also be an unusual but effective bag.
Have a question about this project?
Do you need to add some stiffer paper to the top of the bag, where the cord/ribbon handles needs to go through?
