Annie Sloan or CeCe Caldwell waxes

Does anyone know where I can order a sample of waxes? I found a place to order chalk paint samples but not waxes. I just don't want to invest in a container of clear and dark until I know which kind and brand I like the most. I did buy a light and dark Minwax and really don't like it and that wasted about $25.00 :(
Can you believe we don't have a store in Pittsburgh that sells chalk paint?

I suggest using Fabulous Finishes...they are a Ce Ce Caldwell retailer. Here is a link to their page that has the sample size waxes http://shop.fabfinisher.com/CECE-CALDWELL-TOPCOATS_c16.htm

@Decor 8 I received my order from Fabulous Finishes yesterday. Thank you so much for giving me their web site information. I ordered 4 different CeCe Caldwell sample size paints and 2 different sample size waxes. I love the way the "real" chalk paint just flows on like a premium latex paint. My last few batches of DIY chalk paint was very gritty even though I was using the same ratio I had been using. I think I'm spoiled now with the ready to use chalk paint.

I am so glad you are pleased!!! I do have to admit every brand of chalk paint that I have used is great....so experiment with them all......Annie Sloan, American Paint, Plaster Paint, Fat Paint, Maison Blanche, Van Gogh....I am sure I am forgetting some in there, too. Happy painting!!! Post a pic of your projects....be sure to take a BEFORE pic. I always forget that!

I did see that Fabulous Finishes carries American Paint and they have beautiful colors. I've never hear of some of the others you listed. I may try them next. I am working on a RED dresser right now and its looking pretty nice right now. I did take before, 1 coat and 2 coat pictures so far. Red is needing about 3 coats to get it the vibrant shade I want it.

My sister and I stage homes and we made a custom ping pong table to go in a game room with the paints. We just painted a sheet of MDF and waxed it. We have gotten more compliments and comments on that ping pong table. The paints are amazing and so much fun. Have a great time...I am so glad you are liking it.
