Alkaline water filter

I don't know if this is a question for this forum, but I have an older model Jupiter Ionizer water filter and have had it serviced for problems having to send it to CT and spent about $100. They will not guarantee their work, and there are similar problems with it now. If anyone knows a techie who has some experience with this in GA, where I don't have to spend $30 and up to ship, please let me know. I'm thinking this shouldn't be a problem for someone who knows electric water filters. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Amy, Contact the company directly at http://tyentusa.com/contacts and ask them for names of local vendors that can service your filter system that you own. The headquarters is half hour from me, and the dealer support is located in TX. I am sure they can provide you with a local distributor that can help you out. Have a great New Year! Bob
