Collingwood sawdust builders on Jan 02, 2012not butyl rubber !really..lol.No I am just trying to put something in that hole. I like my screened in ,but I framed it for later 3-0x4-0 windows.I wont spend a penny on this.If i were to spend ,I'd goahead and get windows and make it a real addition. I have enough room .We really enjoy the porch more than inside. I plan on finishing inside and wrapping windows in maple, when the time comes.Helpful Reply

Dfm on Feb 04, 2016older post yes but just in case someone else stumbles across it- green house panels may be less expensive than plexi in certain areas. check w/ green house supply companies for green house panels in the bargain bin area. they are not the full 4x 8 sheets, but ends from building green houses. they are usually lexan, and doubled walled. it will cut well with a jig saw. cover the channels with tape after cutting to size. i used these as interior storms for my basement windows.Helpful Reply
