Wondering how to clean a wood cutting board and what to do with old ones?

Sand them down, stain or paint them and add a handle on each side. You now have a serving tray.

Drill 2 holes and run a small rope theu them and put your address on it and hang it on a post or your porch

You can use them at the beach to cut up fish that you've caught.

I use mine to separate porcelin-clad ironware pots stacked up in my limited cupboard space - if the boards are smooth and/or waxed, the pot it supports just rolls off without chipping or heavy lifting. I also use them to experiment with paint techniques.

I had shaped wooden cutting boards (pig and fish). I found hand written recipes of my grandmother and mod podged them to the boards and hang them in my kitchen.

Add handles and use as trays. If they are thick enough, you can put casters and use under house plants to roll them around the house.
