Where can I get a shower head pipe extender?

I bought a double shower head for my master bath. The pipe that extends from the wall is very high, and I have been unable to find an extender for it. Went to Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. and they don't even know what I am talking about.

try an Ace Hardware if one is in your area...if they don't have it...ask them if there is a larger & older Ace in the area. We have one in Tucker GA that is the go-to when the big boxes don't have it.
