How to Clean a Washer Filter

I have a Whirlpool Duet Ht washer and fixed my F21 code by cleaning out the washer filter.
Remove the three T20 screws securing the front panel.
2-3 cups of water will pour out.
Open drain over a dish and empty filter.
Remove debris

My front loader LG washing machine died right after the 5 year warranty was up and the company I purchased it from was Sears and now they are all closed down. The machine itself stopped spinning so therefore it could not wash the clistges. It would swing to the left then swing to the right but it would never do a full spin. Where are the screws to get the front panel off?
