Clear template plastic 36" x 36" Paul Garrison Years ago I bought this plywood Halloween pumpkin. I decided to make copies for my children since they are married with children. I have never done anything like this and bought a pack of 'clear template plastic' to cut out and use as a pattern. I pieced the sheets together as the templets are only12"x18". My pumpkins are 36"x 36". The pieced pattern worked really well. While working on this project, I thought this would be a great activity for youth groups or parents with children. I will sell the patterns at cost, but I need 36" square patterns and have looked all over Raleigh and on line and cannot find anything nation wide that large. PLEASE HELP ME! Thanks

I've cut plexiglass with my table saw, band saw and jig saw. rough edges are cleaned up with a belt sander. the guys at the hardware store cut it with a scribe / track knife...obviously this only works on straight cuts.
