Easy Spring Topiary Tutorial

This is a cute and easy Spring Topiary! You will need a small flower pot, a styrofoam ball. some artificial flowers (I got mine at Dollar Tree), a 1/2 inch dowel rod (I got mine at Lowes for a dollar) a plastic cup filled with sand or rocks, and something to cover the base of the pot (I used moss but material, rocks or easter grass would work and spray paint if you choose.
First I spray painted my pot white and I sprayed my rod silver. I then stuck all of my flowers into my ball. Once covered, I then put the plastic cup with sand into the bottom of my pot. I then laid a circle of moss the size of the top of the pot on it. I then put the rod through the middle of the moss. Next, I put the rod in the cup all the way to the bottom. I then attached the ball onto the rod. If you next an extra pop you can add a small stencil to the front of the pot.
Super Easy!
Finished product!
Styrofoam ball. This one is covered in moss but it can be plain as you won't be able to see it.
Artificial flowers from Dollar Tree
1/2 inch dowel rod
Plastic cup filled with sand as your anchor.
Remove flowers from the bunch.
Stick flowers into the ball.
Small stencil. If you use a stencil use very little paint so it doesn't bleed.
