Well, it's basically showing you popular posts in your area and since The Money Pit are in NJ, and there are fewer Hometalkers there, it consistently remains the most popular post. In case you don't know, you can sort by "new posts" as apposed to popular posts" (default). There is a small link at the top right hand side of the homepage activity feed called "new". Let me know if you don't see it and I'll send you a screen shot.
