Here is a simple DIY that adds a ton of charm to your dinner table or evening tea. It doesn't take much effort and you probably have the supplies already in hand.
Supplies

Teal Light Candles

Washi Tape

Scissors
It is a simple process - the idea is to cover the regular plane Jane tealight candles with pretty tape and you are done and ready for next dinner party or a beautiful yet very regular supper with family. You can also place them in a regular candle holder for added safety.
Simple job with least amount of effort but adds a ton of charm to your evenings, right! Let simple be new pretty! So have you started working on your resolutions? what are your goals this brand new year? Share with this community, let us have some fun.

I love your idea! Isn't washi tape the greatest thing since sliced bread? Will the washi tape catch fire if the flame from the candle touches it? I'm just wondering if it's safe for me to leave one burning in the bathroom, where I can't monitor it closely. Thanks.

I tried this, but the washi tape wouldn't stick to the metal. I ended up having to add some double sided adhesive.
