Find a lined placemat, stuff it, and sew it closed. Done and done!

Each lined placemat has a small seam that you need to rip open.

    I will be looking at and for placemats from now on when I go shopping...can't wait to find some awesome ones! Also going to do the dropcloth ones for my deck outside. Love the stripes!

  • This is a great idea for those without a sewing machine to make some inexpensive pillows. I'm going to be looking at placemats in a whole new way!
