I am seeking someone to replace my berber carpet with laminant steps.

I reside in a split level home. We currently have berber carpet on our steps. We wish to improve the appearance by putting in laminant step. Why laminant???? We have laminant throughout our common areas (hallways, living room and kitchen) and engineered wood in the entrance.

Laminate will be very slippery. I put laminate flooring throughout my house. When I pull the carpet off the steps, I sanded the. I painted the back white and stained the steps to match the laminate. It looks great.
