When painting/wallpering and changing flooring in a room, what should be done first?

Yamini LEED AP at Urbanmotifs on Jan 14, 2012I'd do the floor last, painting can be a mess, finish it, but sometime after flooring you may still need to some touch up with paint after all the work is done.Helpful Reply
