If you don't feel like quilting or sewing. Buy some wooden balls and cover them and make some jewlery for yourself. Mug rugs are great too.

Cut out squares to place on top of qt.mason jars under ring of jar and fill the jar with hot cocoa mix, soup mix, cookie ingredients etc. of your choice, attach the recipe and give as a gift.

Buy a wire wreath form, cut strips and tie to the form. Sew pieces together, fill with lavender and use for drawer sachets or gifts.

Cut them into 6", 4" and 3" squares and sell them by the bundles. You can also make circles, and other simple shapes for crafters who are uber busy. Might be a nice little side business!!

I like the fabric strip wreath idea Elizabeth Roy posted. Also, tie strips of fabric to a string of white Christmas lights for a full and fluffy garland. You could do color themes for different seasons. Black prints for Halloween, Christmas prints or colors, autumn leaf colors...you could sell these on Etsy too!

I took my daughter's baby and toddler clothes, cut them into strips and made a rug. Google "toothbrush" rug. No sew, and it will last forever. If your scraps are from old projects, you'll have quite the story to tell.

I have been using scraps to make closet organizers ( with lots of pockets) that hang from a hanger. Maybe the rest home or chemo room could use lap quilts to keep patients warm.

What about making placemats that look like small quilts or fabric napkins. Either one of these would be make great gifts for next Christmas. I'm not sure if anyone remembers back in the 60s or 70s people were making flowers from fabric, pipe cleaners, heavy duty wire for a stem and glue. You would take pipe cleaners, that come in different colors, form each one into petals then glue to fabric. Let it sit so the glue can dry then cut around the edges.Take wire and some tape, tape each petal to the wire to form a flower.
