Vintage Telephone Dresser Makeover - IKEA Rast Hack

Hey y'all...we are so excited with today's project we just couldn't wait a second longer to share it with you! We are pretty pleased with ourselves and with this furniture makeover!

We took this raw piece of furniture from Ikea and totally transformed it!

We chose this pretty gray paint color...Knight's Armor.

This is where the fun really begins. We decided to add this vintage rotary telephone poster to the front of the drawers...

And we added beautiful antique bronze castors and drawer pulls.

Can you believe the transformation?

We heart pretty much everything vintage. We couldn't wait to decorate and finally have a place for our vintage telephone from the 1950's.

Side-by-side we don't think you would ever know it is the same dresser. It looks great and fits perfectly at the small landing at the bottom of the stairs.

Most unique makeover I've seen in awhile. So nostalgic and fun!! Well done.

I actually have an old telephone that would totally work with that. I have also an Ikea shoe cabinet with a similar flat front. But I guess I would have to paint the picture myself on the front. I'm up for the challenge.
