Well welcome! You need to contact Comcast. Their boxes are special to their service. Looks like you are into showing horses from your profile photo. If so you do not have enough time to watch TV anyway.
Most Comcast modems have an HDMI type of connection and you just get a male/male cord and plug it into your television, select HDMI, and as long as you have paid service with Comcast you should be good to go. If you have a problem with their box or service call their customer service line.
