Easy and Inexpensive Kitchen backsplash

tiling was not an option for me. Working on a backsplash alone, while watching 3 children under the age of 5, it was just not an option. While working on this project, I was able to do it as time allowed and still have a working kitchen. Also the look for the price could not be beaten. Follow the link for step by step instruction.

wipeable/washable wallpaper
make sure the wall is even, patch any holes/ major imperfections
make a template of the backsplash with scrap paper, in my case grocery ads
this wallpaper has a nice raised texture
final look
