Project I Am Working On

Creating in an eat in nook in a tiny kitchen about 11x12.
Dryer use to be next to washer, got rid of it. Have a clothesline instead. Eventually bench cushions will be added, new flooring hence the rug covering subfloor. Found the table base curbside, painted table top with a buttery yellow chalk paint. Ignore the messy board above the washer. Where the vintage table cloths are hanging is the fuse panel, painted it with chalkboard paint. Need ideas on how to hang the tablecloths elsewhere. Sitting at the table I can see the sunrise and set, also watch the "girls" play outside. In the corner of the bench below the fuse panel I have a cute basket for my pens/pencil, paper to have handy when I pay the bills or write

Where did you get the benches?

Perhaps use the tablecloths as curtains in kitchen or dining room? If you use clip on hooks you won't need to cut or sew them, just the linings you'd clip or tack to the back of the tablecloths to protect the vintage fabrics.

What I like the most is the benches that look like low tables. These make it possible for those of us who can't build (either from lack of tools, skills, or being renters) to have ourselves a real breakfast nook area and use space underneath for baskets.
