$15 Small Dresser found on Craigslist. A little sanding, some painting and some stenciling turned it into a cool distressed, urban and useful piece of art.

I used leftover latex paints that I picked up at Habitat for Humanity. The black is artist's acrylics and then I coated the entire piece with Minwax Stain & Seal when done to make it durable and to seal the paint.

hey thank you for getting back to me, how very sweet of you. love the work you do, i had been wondering if you had used paints or maybe ink washes. it is wonderful, and i look forward to trying to do something on a bookcase i have my self. i am sure it will not have the elegant touch that yours does, but it should be fun... thanks again, shraybronze-sculptor
