Chimney bricks falling

Have outdoor chimney that is part of indoor fireplace, during wind storm I notice that chips are shedding away from the face of the top bricks along with some mortar falling to the deck. Don't know what type of contractor to call?

Some chimney sweeps also do this type of repairs....if not they can often provide some references who can.
