Here is one with a vinegar base
I use one part white vinegar to 2 parts water in a garden sprayer and it works great.
Hi! I found this one on Pinterest- uses vinegar, dish soap and salt. Here is the link http://www.creativehomemaking.com/garden/homemade-weed-killer.shtml
Thank you all.
If they are hard to kill weeds then use the vinegar full strength. Alo try to spray or drizzle near the root as opposed to spraying overhead as it will kill off or damage grass and other plants from the overspray . I use a spray bottle with a stream adjustment to really knock these buggers down.
For tougher weeds, I have boiled a gallon of water and put in a cup of vinegar and poured directly onto the weeds and they were dead fast. I took my pot outside and dipped the water onto the plants and I have also used a tea pot. It depends on how many weeds I need to get rid of at one time.
Thank you all. I am making up a batch this morning. want to get started before they take over the yard and gardens. Thank you all again.
