Stylish DIY Planter Stands

These stylish diy planter stands are perfect for indoors year round or for your patio this coming spring. If you like this craft, please follow me on Pinterest to see more fun DIY projects.

You can create several different sizes of planter stands and in several colors for extra fun and tie them together with a common stencil color or pattern.

Gather your supplies and work in a protected ventilated area.

Coat the plain wooden crates with colors of your choice.

Use a cute stencil and another color of paint to contrast. Gold or silver will give you that extra bling factor. So simple and easy. You can get the full details on the original blog post at Family Focus Blog.

I've thought of putting some of these in my sewing room. How sturdy are they for holding lots of goodies?

Did you line the crates with anything to protect the inside and keep the soil inside? Thanks!

Are they weather and water proof? Thinking about draining pots and heat and humidity. Would hate to do all that work and they last only 1 season outside.
