Human Sunflower Seed Dispenser

Here's a fun and useful upcycle project and craft made from plastic bottles. It's a Human Sunflower Seed Dispenser and it comes with it's own shell container! (There are a couple of different types shown on my site link at the bottom.)
SUPPLIES

One plastic bottle. 16 to 28 oz works best

One more plastic soda bottle that is LARGER than the first.

Hot glue gun or other strong glue

Craft knife

Iron (optional, if you want to round the edge of your soda bottle seed dish)

Printable labels (optional and on my site link at the bottom)
Choose your bottles. The seed dish bottle needs to be larger than your sunflower seed holder bottle.
For the seed dish cut off the bottom of the larger bottle making it approximate 2" tall.
OPTIONAL: You can easily and safely melt the edge of your seed dish to give it a nice smooth look. Just press the dish onto a hot iron for anywhere from 10 to 20 seconds. Nothing gets on the iron! (I have a video showing how this works: https://youtu.be/QJyvmAjVCZE )
Here is the smoothed edge.
Glue the lid from your container bottle in the center of your seed dish. Make sure it's top side down!
You can now screw this onto your bottle when not in use! More photos and details on the link below.
