An old Christmas decoration upcycled and given a new look for Valentine's
I found this Christmas decoration in a store with a bit missing and a hanging rope a little too reminiscent of the hangman's noose for my taste, and managed to get it at a super knocked down price.
Using what I had to hand I drew freehand a VERY simple design with nail varnish pen. I think a fine permanent marker would work just as well.
The noose like rope was replaced with a bright red ribbon and now I have a Scandinavian style decoration I plan on leaving up all year round.
