Give Your Counter a Completely New Look - for Less Than $50!

Please visit my blog for the complete tutorial on this project. http://www.refreshliving.us/2016/02/update-an-old-countertop-with-concrete.html
I recently gave our bathroom a face lift, but needed to stay within a small budget. Rather than replacing the vanity and countertop, I decided to give it an inexpensive refresh with paint on the vanity and a concrete feather finish on the countertop. Instead of stopping with the gray concrete look, I lightened it up and made it look similar to marble - all for less than $50!
I've never seen concrete colored in this way before, but I promise, the product that I used worked fabulously!
I added a marble effect to the top and sealed it and it's holding up beautifully.

I have a wood china closet dated 1916 from my great grandmother. Ettched upper doors. Would love to get ideas on how to make it look beautiful again, even if adding color over the wood. Any suggestions?

UNBELIEVABLE. Never could have imagined your *before* would look like that *after*.
