The Perfect Valentine's Day Felt Flower Wreath

I can’t believe we’re almost to mid-February already and Valentine’s Day is in just a few days. Can you believe it? Love is in the air!! Who’s ready? Honestly, I’m more the type that likes to decorate for Valentine’s rather than go out and buy gobs of candy and chocolate. Don’t get me wrong, I love my sweets but decorating doesn’t come with the weight gain and guilty feeling that I should probably hit the gym.
So when I was looking for something new to add to my Valentine decor, I decided on a wreath. I haven’t made a wreath in quite some time. This project was made extra fun because I got together with some of my neighbor friends and we each made one. Craft day!!
This project actually turned out to be pretty easy. A little time consuming, especially when you’re trying to balance being a mom with being crafty but it was totally worth it. This is something anybody could do. I promise! This project is easy on your budget and simple to make. You will absolutely LOVE it when it’s done!
Supplies
Styrofoam wreath

Felt

Glue gun & glue sticks

Rotary cutter & mat

Scissors

Push pins (optional)

Ribbon (optional)
Lay out the felt and cut about 9 - 4 inch strips. The amount will vary depending on how big your wreath is.
Now take each strip and cute 4 inch squares.
Now to make the squares into circles. Take the square and fold it in half.
Fold it in half again.
Grab your scissors and cut from corner to the other...
It will look like this.
