T-Shirt Pillow Tutorial

Re-purpose your unwanted t-shirts and tanks into trendy home decor. Tutorial shows how to size and cut square or round pillows, as well as a zipper tutorial so you can easily remove the pillow covers for cleaning.
I began with these two shirts. I bought the polka-dot one but had only worn it a couple times (I felt like a clown or a jockey), and the sequin tank came from a friend's Goodwill bag.
Pillow forms come with suggested measurements for their covers. Since t-shirt fabric is stretchy, choose the lower end of the suggested measurements.
Complete tutorial for square and round pillow, along with a zipper tutorial, can be found at So Much To Make.

Hi Kelly! Where did you get the round foam for the circular pillow.

Awesome! I do this with old Tshirts from trips that we've taken with city or resort names on them and make covers for my faded pillows that are outside. Sure enjoy them more that way...Also you can pick up bargain TShirts at your local thrift shop and create all kinds of pillows and themes.
