Is there something that I can use on this ceiling/wall to hang my rolls of reed?

I use curtain rods. I use the el-cheapo king that are "L" shaped on the ends and slide apart and have the little metal brackets you tap in the wall with small brads. You can roll out and measure your reed and cut it without taking it down every time and they're easy to take down when you want to add more.

My suggestion is to separate he reeds to type and size. For each kind of reed form it into a ring and tie with a pretty ribbon, or cloth bow. Form it into different size rings, 6", 10"' 14" whatever fits. Using a small nail near the ceiling, place the rings in descending size at the top of the wall. You will probably need a small ladder to get them down when you need them.

I used a rail from a baby bed. Also have some that just hold rolls of vinyl. Simple bracket with a dowel rod.
