DIY Moss Letter for Spring

This whole thing started with a trip to Magnolia Market in Waco. You know...Chip and Joanna Gaines' store. It is heaven! I quickly went home and wrote a post on Magnolia Market: Is it worth the drive? That you'll have to read for all the details. Next, I went to work on my Spring mantel, full of inspiration. I started with a cereal box...doesn't get more cost effective than that! I freehand drew my letter on the box. You could easily print one in a font you like and trace it. My letter was larger than an 8.5X11 sheet of paper though, so freehand it was. Cut out the letter.

I bought a sheet of adhesive moss. Just make sure it is large enough to cover your letter if you are going big. Here is an affiliate link* if you are interested in purchasing some for your self. Adhesive Moss Sheet

Flip your letter and trace it on the wrong side of the moss sheet. Cut the sheet about 1/2" wider than your letter on all sides.
