Help, my husband did some tile work and cleaned all his tools and equipment in a brand new stainless sink. How do I clean the stainless steel sink now that's it's coated?

I would try making a paste with baking soda and water. Rub into the stillness steel and leave on long enough for it to aid in lifting the grout If that does not work you can also try bar keepers friend.

Hopefully there are no globs of grout (if there are try to pop them off NOT scrape). If it's just the film and haze it will come clean. I only use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide with a scrub daddy on mine. It's new also. Afterward you can rub in a little olive oil and buff off for a spectacular shine!

Bar Keepers Friend, CLR or Stainless Steel Cleaner made for sinks. The important thing is to remember to go with the grain of the stainless steel so you don't create scratches.

I would coat the sink in WD-40 and let it sit for a while. Then try to remove it with a rag. I use WD-40 to clean grout off my hands and work table.
