I would like input on installing the wood grain design of vinyl in terrace level. Glued to concrete or floating?

I believe you are talking about two different products, and I'm not sure what your question is. The vinyl tile (which comes in wood-grain patterns among a huge array of other options) is glued directly to the subfloor. Floating floors are typically laminates, which can also look like wood grain and are typically more realistic-looking than the vinyl tile, but are less water-resistant than vinyl.
