What can I do to help my brick front stoop?

My brick front stoop has cracks in the grout lines and is crumbling in other grout lines. The brick is fine, I just don't want to spend a lot, because I am about to place the home for sale.

It is possible that the foundation under the stoop is compromised and needs to be reinforced. If you're selling, any new buyer will want it fixed so it's best to do it now. Take some photos to your local home improvement store and ask a professional in the paver area for advice.

The first thing your new buyer is to see is your front entrance. If it has problems or is just plain ugly, they will be looking for all the other problems you have left unattended inside the house. You should plan with your realtor to be spending a couple thousand to fix this house, your biggest investment, up first. This money will come back in spades with a quick sale and good offer as the main first line of sight items will be fresh and cleaned up. Don't save a penny, to lose a dime.

It has to be re tuck or put in new mortar or grout in.

I am having the front porch Brick repaired, by removing the old grout and having it repointed.
