Old coat rack

I have an old wooden coat rack that I really don't use due to re purposing other things to hang coats etc from.. I would like to use it for something . Any ideas ?

I don't know how much room you have in your bedroom but these are great for organizing purses and bags or a kids room for things that don't quite get "hung up"

Oh so many ideas! Here are just two easy peasy ones: Paint it and use it for a vertical pot rack, they'll stay put & not slide with some small nails. OR same principal, but for hanging plants or herbs or veggies, if you don't mind it being outside. Let us know what you do and please post a pic or 2 we love those! xo

I have one probably 100 years old. It belonged to my great-grandmother. I hang scarves, purses, belts - seasonal stuff so they are right there in sight. Mine still has its original finish.

If you have room and the need for it in a bathroom, these are great to hang robes and extra towels.
