Washi Tape Egg Garland

One of my girls is absolutely, positively obsessed with washi tape, and every holiday, she begs to be allowed to make washi tape crafts. Lucky me! So, I had her create a cute washi tape egg garland for the mantel, and it's perfect for Easter!
I purchased some cardboard egg cutouts at the craft store, along with some pink and white twine and washi tape. We already had plenty of craft paint.
My daughter chose to paint some eggs first.
Then, she added strips of washi tape over the paint. On other eggs, she decorated them entirely with the washi tape.
When all of the eggs were decorated, we used mini clothes pins to attach the eggs to the twine. Then, we hung the egg garland from the mantel. Easy Peasy!
You can see more of the designs and get more washi tape ideas on the blog! :)
