Pallet Paradise

I really liked the garden pallet posted by Cultivator Landscapes last week, so I started looking at what else you could do with pallets. I found some treasures :)
A Pallet Sofa! This is by Funky Junk Interiors (Donna). Not only is this built from pallets, she did this completely on her own w.out any plans! http://funkyjunkinteriors.blogspot.com/2011/08/how-i-built-pallet-sofa-part-2.html
Pallet signs! This was done by Julia (Sweet Serendipity) she's got the instructions here: http://sweetserendipity23.blogspot.com/2011/08/pallet-board-art.html (She wrote that that the words were chosen by her three children, these are things they want to do as a family, I thought that was so sweet.)
A pallet TV stand! Also by Funky Junk Interiors (Donna). Notice that the top if this pallet is sunken in so she actually made a display case on over the top! http://funkyjunkinteriors.blogspot.com/2010/04/junkin-tv-stand-for-so-you-think-wk-8_18.html
A compost bin! This is by Young House Love. It's made out of three pallets and a piece of scrap wood. This is so simple to do, you can even use zip ties! Here's the full story: http://www.younghouselove.com/2011/08/a-pallet-able-compost-post/
Another view of the compost bin by YHL before it was complete: http://www.younghouselove.com/2011/08/a-pallet-able-compost-post/

Cool projects, Miriam. We have a ton of pallets at work I've been wanting to do something with. I think first on my list is shelving for my son's room. And I love that compost bin idea, too.

This is such an old post @Town and Country Living I dug it up for the #bestof2012 :) Pallets were new to me then - imagine that! :)
