I'm recently retired and have away too many purses from my working days, but am not ready to get rid of them. Any suggestions on how I can store them in my closet but still have quick access to them? Ok. I love my purses!!

You can purchase a hanging purse organizer at Bed,bath and beyond or use clear boxes from dollar stores or large baskets if you have the room.

All kinds of ways. Put them on a shelf above clothing rods. Hanging purse organizer from a closet rod - different types, organizer that hangs on the door. Use "S" hooks on a closet rod. All a personal preference.

I would go through them first & donate some of the ones your sure you don't want any more then use dollar store boxes and or a hanging organizer.

I would get a hanging sweater organizer for a closet and sort the bags by color. If you're ready to part with them try selling at a consignment shop or donate them to a local women's shelter

I was the same and also suitcases but I'm a crafter and started putting all the supplies for a craft into individual purses or larger items in a suitcase. When I feel the need to make something I just pull out a bad and go!

Under bed storage. I know they make them for shoes; depending on purse sizes, maybe they would fit there.

Paint a large wood board a color. Add hooks. Hang board on wall. Put purses on hooks. Wall art! Trust me, you will get tired of some of those purses and gift them. How many do you need? (and yes, I have the same problem but have determined I only need one for each season. My to be sorted box is sitting on my bedroom floor now! LOL!)

Dependent upon how much space you have, you might want to go vertical.

I agree with going vertical. They have plastic chains that hang with clips spaced out on them for hanging hats, just clip your purses to it.
